Refund Method: Refunds via credit card will be processed according to the issuing bank's regulations. For refunds processed through bank transfer, a handling fee of NT$30 will be deducted.

Refund Processing Time: Refund requests will be handled within seven business days upon receipt of the request by our company.

Refund Conditions:
- Within the Cooling-off Period: If a refund request is submitted within seven days (including the seventh day) of the purchase, the refund will be processed according to the methods mentioned above.
- After the Cooling-off Period: For orders effective beyond seven days where the course has not yet started, a 20% administrative fee of the total tuition fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.
- Within 7 Days Before Course Start: If a refund is requested within seven days prior to the start of an in-person course, the course fee will not be refunded.
- Overlapping Conditions: In cases where multiple conditions apply, the rule of non-refund will take precedence.
