Terms of Service

  1. Enrollment Information: By enrolling in a course with our company, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms listed here. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. If any false information is found, our company reserves the right to cancel the participant's eligibility and pursue legal action.

  2. Payment Terms: Full payment for the course must be made before the start date. Failure to make the payment in time may result in the cancellation of your participation, and a late payment fee may be applied.

  3. Cancellation Policy: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, our company will process the cancellation request within seven business days upon receipt. For bank transfer refunds, a handling fee of NT$30 will be deducted before the amount is refunded to the specified account.

  4. Rescheduling and Transfer Policy: Requests for course transfers must be submitted at least seven days before the start date. No transfer requests will be accepted within the last seven days leading up to the course start. If no transfer request is made and the participant does not attend on the start date, the course will be considered delivered and cannot be transferred or refunded.

  5. Promotional Use: During the course, our company may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to allow us to use your likeness and voice for marketing.

  6. Changes to the Course: We reserve the right to change course content or schedule, with any updates being communicated through our official social media channels prior to the course.

  7. Force Majeure: In case of force majeure events (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) that prevent the course from proceeding as planned, we will reschedule the event. Participants can choose to accept the new arrangements or request a full refund.

  8. Copyright Terms: Participants are prohibited from copying, reproducing, filming, or sharing course content on social media without authorization. Violations will result in a penalty of 100 times the course fee, in addition to legal action.

  9. Disclaimer: The content provided in our courses is intended to enhance knowledge, skills, and methods. We do not guarantee financial or personal growth outcomes. Participants must understand and accept this disclaimer.
