Terms and Conditions for Course Enrollment

By enrolling in a course with our company, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment Information

  1. The student confirms they have understood all relevant information regarding course enrollment and guarantees that the information provided is accurate and truthful. If any information is found to be false, the student agrees that the company has the right to cancel their enrollment and pursue legal responsibility.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Students must complete full payment before the course start date. Failure to do so may result in the student being denied access to or participation in the course, and a late payment fee may be applied.

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. If a student requests a deposit cancellation, the company will process the cancellation within 7 business days after receiving the request.
  2. For refunds via bank transfer, an administrative fee of $30 will be deducted before returning the remaining amount to the student's designated account.
  3. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the online form. The company will process the request upon verification.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method: Refunds via credit card will be processed according to the issuing bank's timeline. For refunds via bank transfer, an administrative fee of $30 will be deducted.
  2. Refund Processing Time: The company will process refund requests within 7 business days of receiving the application.
  3. Refund Conditions:
    • (1) Refund within the Cooling-Off Period: If a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase (including the 7th day), it will be processed as per the refund method mentioned above.
    • (2) Refund after the Cooling-Off Period: If the course has not started and the request is made after 7 days, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the total course fee.
    • (3) Refund Requests within 7 Days Before Course Start: If a refund request is made within 7 days before the course begins, no refund will be issued.
    • (4) If both conditions (2) and (3) apply, the no-refund policy under condition (3) will take precedence.

5. Transfer and Postponement

  1. Students wishing to transfer their course enrollment to another individual must submit a request at least 7 days before the course start date. Requests made within 7 days before the start date will not be accepted.
  2. If no request is made and the student does not attend the course on the scheduled date, the course will be considered delivered, and the student will not be eligible for a transfer or refund.

6. Promotion and Course Changes

  1. The company reserves the right to photograph and record courses for promotional use. Students agree to the use of their likeness and voice for marketing purposes.
  2. The company reserves the right to modify course content or schedules, and any changes will be announced on the official social media page before the scheduled course date.

7. Force Majeure

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) that prevent the course from proceeding as scheduled, the company will reschedule the course. Students may choose to accept the new schedule or request a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Without the company’s authorization, students are prohibited from reproducing, recording, or sharing course content on social media platforms.
  2. If any of these terms are violated, the company reserves the right to demand the removal of the content and to claim punitive damages of 100 times the course fee, as well as pursue legal action.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The course content provided by the company aims to improve students' knowledge, methods, and skills. The company does not guarantee any financial gain, growth, or performance results, and students acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
