A basic flywheel course designed for beginners, allowing you to master skills and rhythm step by step!

Course Highlights

  • Designed for beginners: Each class includes basic instruction, including bike setup and safety instructions, ensuring every student starts in a comfortable and safe state.
  • Rhythm-friendly: The music BPM is controlled below 300, and the rhythm is clear and single-beat, which is suitable for beginners to master.
  • Safety action design: "Push Up" and "Crunch" are the main actions to avoid unsafe actions such as excessive speed or taking your hands off the handlebars.
  • Focus on rhythm and instructions: The class emphasizes the rhythm of movements and clear beat instructions to help students quickly get into the state.

Warm reminder

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for the instructor to assist with vehicle tuning and explain safety instructions.
  • The music is designed with a clear rhythm in mind, and there is no movement where hands leave the handlebars, with safety being the top priority.
  • Shower rooms are provided after class, allowing you to easily clean up and finish the class comfortably.
