• This is a plan for first-time users only . After the experience, you can choose a single class or a full course.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early. The instructor will assist with flywheel adjustment and explain safety instructions.
• The course design emphasizes rhythm and safety control, and does not perform high-risk actions.
• Shower facilities are provided after class so you can go home comfortably after working up a sweat.
